All photographic images produced by Powder & Paint Photography are copyright and belong exclusively to Powder & Paint Photography (Lorraine Oates). Under copyright law, title of the images produced for you remains with the photographer (and not with the client) for a period of 70 years after the photographer’s death. As such, Powder and Paint Photography (Lorraine Oates) reserves the right to use such images for display and advertising unless specifically requested in writing to the contrary.

Unless express written permission is given by Lorraine Oates (the Photographer) or a representative of Powder & Paint Photography, you may not in any way copy (this includes photocopies and photographs of screen images), enlarge, reduce, edit, publish on the internet (this includes uploading to social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Flickr etc) or in any way reproduce an image produced by Powder & Paint Photography as this represents an infringement of Copyright Law and may result in legal action being taken against you.
