Under copyright law, title of the images produced for you remains with the photographer (and not with the client) for a period of 70 years after the photographer’s death. As such, Powder and Paint Photography (Lorraine Oates) reserves the right to use such images for display and advertising unless specifically requested in writing to the contrary.
