Lake District portrait & wedding photography studio

Following major refurbishment, our new Lake District photographic studio is now open for business right here in the heart of Dalton in Furness! We've taken our wedding an portrait photography business out of my home and moved it next door to take advantage of the extra space and to have the opportunity to offer additional services to my clients. The new studio is spread over three floors and the first thing that you will see when you come in is a new ground floor gallery, showcasing our latest work. The Gallery is a light, airy, contemporary space, boasting beautiful chandeliers, white leather Italian sofas and white high gloss tables accessorised with the latest wedding albums and photobooks. A warm welcome and the aroma of freshly ground coffee awaits all of my clients old and new.

I plan to offer my clients a completely unique photoshoot experience on many levels and am confident that there is nothing like this in Cumbria. Within the studio, on the incredibly spacious first floor, we are able to offer many various backdrops/sets therefore creating lots of different looks, rather than the usual white or black backgrounds so usually associated with studio photography. The different `areas` feature fantastic decor and accesssories which change frequently. We are very lucky to also have a very pretty, private walled garden attached to the property which is great for photographing small children or when we wish to work outside.

My aim is to specialise in making all women look and feel great! - so girls of ALL ages can come along and enjoy their photoshoot. I am very excited to introduce a Covergirl shoot for girls aged 12-15, offering them makeup, refreshments and a funky music filled studio to have fun in.What teenage girl is`nt going to love being made to feel like a model in a magazine? A similar idea will extend to the ever popular Sparkle parties for our much younger clients,where bubbles,dancing and anything sparkly will be the order of the day! Of course boys are included in our plans too!-There are some seriously cool dudes out there who we feel would love a really awesome photo of themselves for their bedroom wall! They can even bring along their scooters and skateboards and we can make them look fantastic! We are of course still providing all kinds of portrait/family/baby/wedding photography and excited at the possibilities the new studio will bring in all of these areas.

With so much experience of making our female clients look incredible I am keen to introduce Boudoir photography and have allocated the top floor of the new studio to being a beautiful and luxurious boudoir lounge, where my female clients can feel completely at ease in total privacy and comfort.

Following any of our photoshoots our clients are invited back the studio to view their pictures in our state of the art viewing room,where they can relax with a drink and enjoy choosing their favourite images and finished products!
